Slova bez hranic/ Worte ohne Grenzen

Olomouc's Divadlo Hudby (Music Theatre) hosts the return of Sylva Fischerová (The Tremor of Racehorses, Bloodaxe Books, 1990), as well as English experimental poets Antony Rowland and Scott Thurston, Scottish sailor and multimedia artist Ian Stephen with his video poetry, Chinese opera singer Feng Jün Song, performing her own poetry and classic Chinese poetry with musical accompaniment, and last but not least Miroslav Wanek and Pavel Fajt premiering their new musical poetic compositions. The Polish Pobocza internet and magazine project will present selections from their Central and Eastern European poetry translations, Czech slam poetry winners will strut their stuff, and there will be a tribute to the late great Egon Bondy , with a midnight recital of his poetry.

Visitors to the Kaldera club can acquaint themselves with Portuguese, Irish, Slovak, Hungarian, Slovenian, Serbian and German poets; Hospoda u Musea will present musical Czech poets and poetic musicians.
